Conference Requirements

I require all costs to be covered:

• If travelling within europe, then I want overnight sleeper train tickets. International then plane tickets.
• All train travel to and from the venue, and my starting place.
• Meals eaten including travel to/from the event.
• Where overnight stays are required, a hotel including breakfast.
